The title of the talk is How Starbucks Could Save Education
Is the talk about Starbucks?
Sort of.
Is the talk about education?
Absolutely.
But the real message of these epic 18 minutes is the importance of relationships in schools
Back in 2018 none of us had any idea this is the place we would be in for back-2-school 2020.
So when TED asked me to do a follow-up talk virtually I was all in!
