Kids don’t enjoy going to school because they love information.
Kids enjoy going to school because they feel loved and accepted.
So let’s help them go. And let’s help them grow.
Rarely do kids come up to us and say things like,
“Wow! Thank you so much for all of that information you just taught me. That is going to make such a big impact on my life.”
But they DO come up to us and say,
“thank you so much for: listening, loving me, hearing me, trusting me, helping me.”
THIS is what leads to learning.
