SEL isn’t complicated.
SEL is about connections.
High fives have changed this year.
Hugs have changed this year.
Education has changed this year.
Schools have changed this year.
So, like, LOTS has changed this year.
But you know what hasn’t changed this year?
The fact that SEL is essential.
Social-emotional learning isn’t really about advice and opinion.
It’s about connection.
And connection has been a constant this year!
Let’s not over-think SEL.
