From time to time we get home from school and ask ourselves, “What am I doing.”
Some days are super hard.
Some days it feels like we aren’t great educators.
Some days we question our career.
And then there are those days when students say things that make a big impact on us.
A student said this to me…
“If you decide one day that you don’t want to be a teacher anymore, you could probably be a rapper. Like one of those low budget rappers, not an actual famous one.”
So there is that…
This blog post isn’t about being profound.
This blog post is a reminder that part of our job includes so much humor.
And that laughter leads to learning.
