I was thinking about something the other day and I’m wondering if you agree?
Sometimes we OVERESTIMATE the impact we can make in one day of teaching kids.
But we UNDERESTIMATE what we can do in a full school year of teaching kids.
Because it’s not always about the teaching, it’s often about the reaching.
School years aren’t built in a day.
School years are built in 180 days.
And while we may not knock it out of the park on all 180 lessons we teach, we have to have confidence that we are reaching kids all 180 days of the year.
So, thanks for teaching kids this year.
NEVER underestimate the impact you make in education.
