How do you handle the disappointment when one student is the reason we don’t draw a card? My first thought is “we’ll try again tomorrow”. Do you have any other suggestions?

Great question! I think it depends on how often “one student” is causing the whole team to not flip the card. If it’s the same student continuously, that becomes a separate issue in my class and I handle it individually with that student. There is that fine line between “we are playing as a team” and “one person is ruining it for the whole team” right?
